The Form No. 6 is designed to collect
financial and operational information from oil pipeline companies
subject to the jurisdiction of the Commission. On July 18, 2013,
the Commission issued a Final Rule in Docket No. RM12-18-000,
Revisions to Page 700 of FERC Form No. 6. In the Final Rule the
Commission augments the reporting requirements on page 700, Annual
Cost of Service Based Analysis Schedule, of FERC Form No. 6, Annual
Report of Oil Pipeline Companies (Form 6), to include additional
information on rate base, rate of return, and income
taxes.
