[PARENT OF CHILD] Thank you for completing the first part of the interview about what [CHILD] had to eat and drink. In the second part, I will ask you questions to better understand how parents feel about the meals provided by schools, why they choose to participate or not participate in school meals, and how these decisions are related to children’s overall diets. It will take about 25 minutes, and your cooperation is completely voluntary. All answers you give me will be kept private and no individual results will be presented. As a thank you, we will send you a $25 gift card.
