There have been no changes to the information being collected. The burden for the SF315 (TSP Request for Service Users) Form has increased due to better estimates, and the annual cost burden to respondents and annual government cost has increased due to increased wage rates and compensation factors. The estimated number of respondents for the SF315 Form has increased from 27,000 to 37,505. This update results in an annual increase in the burden estimates by 10,505 responses and 2,626 burden hours. There has been an increase in the estimated annual cost burden to respondents (question 12) from $243,259 to $503,681 due to the increases in the number of respondents for form SF315 and an increase in the average hourly compensation rates during the past 3 years. There has been a decrease in the estimated annual government costs (question 14) from $391,124 to $370,265 due to the change in the labor mix during the past 3 years.
