INFORMATION COLLECTION 3090-0278
The surveys are at the start of their final year of three years of regular PRA approval. The proposed changes to telephone and webchat/email surveys are based on over two years of analysis of the results and quality of the questions, in an effort to increase efficiency of the surveys, cut redundancy, and help respondents provide more clear/concise answers.
