FEMA is requesting OMB approval to delete "FEMA" from survey questions (e.g., "FEMA representative", "FEMA staff").
Some disasters are now State-led and applicants interact primarily with State reps/staff. The survey verbiage is confusing for
applicants who did not interact with FEMA. This is being done only to improve clarity-no new content is being added.
