Short Statement: Several program changes were made due to the merging of this docket with the Colony Loss docket (OMB # 0535-0255). The changes include the merging of questionnaires for operations with less than five colonies; the adding of the quarterly Colony Loss survey; changes made to the sampling for the operations with five or more colonies; the addition of cognitive testing; and changes to publicity materials as a result of these other changes.
