The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services seeks approval to collect information to further inform the development of measures of high quality early care and education program implementation and costs. This information collection is part of the project, Assessing the Implementation and Cost of High Quality Early Care and Education (ECE-ICHQ). The purpose of this information collection is to field test instruments using measures developed in previous phases of the study. The goals are to (1) refine the implementation measures to further improve their psychometric properties, and (2) test potential associations between implementation, cost, and quality measures.
