pdfDear Arkansas Employer:
Recently, our office mailed a questionnaire requesting occupation and wage information for
your firm. According to our records, we have not received your response. Your participation is
critical since businesses like yours are our only source of this information.
Occupational employment and wage information is often used by employers like you who are
engaged in the hiring and training of their workforces. Educators and government agencies
also use this information to design education and training programs to provide you with the
skilled workers you need. We invite you to visit our website at www.discover.arkansas.gov to
view the results of survey data for hundreds of occupations in Arkansas.
In case you did not receive the original request, or it has been misplaced, another survey form is
enclosed. In addition to the questionnaire, we included a fact sheet and a return envelope. If
completing and returning the survey form is impossible or inconvenient, we can collect the
data in a variety of other ways. You can find out more by reading the enclosed fact sheet.
The data you supply will be combined with information from other firms to present a collective
picture of total employment and wages by occupation. The information you provide will be
used for statistical purposes only. Any company or individual identifying information for nongovernment establishments will be held in strict confidence.
Thank you for completing this important survey! Your prompt response helps cut program costs
and saves taxpayer dollars by reducing the need for additional mailings and follow-up
telephone calls. If you have any questions, need assistance filling out the form, or would like to
report your information over the phone, please contact Patti Gillioun (501-682-3147 or
[email protected]) or Belinda Hodges (501-682-3118 or [email protected] ).
Sincerely,
Data can be faxed to 501-682-3186.
