The Department of Education no longer offers amendments to the Federal Family Education Loan (FFEL) Program regulations based on the proposed changes from the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking published on July 31, 2018 (Federal Register Vol.3, No 147 pages 37242-37330). Proposed changes to the regulations offered in the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in §682.402(d) have been removed from the final rule. This request is to renew the current information collection without change.
