The Department is submitting a non-material, non-substantive change request to conform its version of the instructions for the Form 5500 to changes that were to instructions for line 2d by the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation in a similar request that was submitted to the Office of Management and Budget on October 6, 2019 under OMB Control Number 1212-0157.
