OFCCP is requesting OMB
approval of 4,426,841 burden hours. The 2017 clearance contained
approval of 4,392,369 hours. This results in an overall increase of
34,472 hours. The increase is a result of an increase in the total
number of contractor companies and contractor establishments.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
