Short Statement: The estimated hourly burden associated with Form N-CEN has increased from 74,425 hours to 74,598 hours (an increase of 173 hours). The change in burden hours is due to the estimates of the time burden that will result from our amendments affecting Form N CEN. The Commission does not estimate any change in cost burden.
