This collection of information is required to obtain federal funds as Title 49 U.S.C. Section 5335(c) requires that recipients or beneficiaries of
grants from the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) under the urbanized Area Formula Program (t5307) or other than Urbanized Area
(Rural) Formula Program (95311) submit data to the National Transit Database (NTD) on an annual basis. Public reporting burden is
estimated to average 140 hours per response for an estimated annual total burden hour of 327,524 (including the time for reviewing
instructions searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and reviewing and submitting the collection of
information). This information collection is scheduled to expire on November 30, 2019. Please note that an agency may not conduct or
sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to, a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid 0MB control number. The
0MB control number for this collection is 2132-0008. Send comments regarding this burden estimate or any other aspect of this collection
