Extension without change of a currently approved collection
All telecommunications carriers seeking domestic section 214 approval concerning acquisitions of corporate control are required to comply with 47 C.F.R. sections 63.03 and 63.04 of the Commission's rules. In this information collection, there are two requirements identified, i.e., filing procedures for domestic transfer of control applications and pro forma transactions. The information will be used to ensure that applicants comply with the requirements of 47 U.S.C. section 214.
