Abstract: This form is used to appoint qualified U.S. citizens as uncompensated registrars to assist in the registration requirements of the Military Selective Service Act. While the information collected is the same, the previous collection had 6 separate forms--one for each group. The form includes the following groups: High School , Federal Bureau of Prisons, Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, State Correction Institutions ,National Farm-Workers Job , and Other.
