The Department of Education (the Department) amends the Student Assistance General Provisions regulations to implement changes to §668.26 â End of an institutionâs participation in the Title IV, HEA programs and §668.43 â Financial assistance information. The final regulations in §668.43 will put in place new or revise current institutional disclosure requirements.
