There was enough time for my organization to respond to document
requests from the Office of Monitoring.
Document requests from the Office of Monitoring were clearly described
and my organization could easily identify which documents were being
requested.
My organization was familiar with the terminology used by the Office of
Monitoring to request documentation and information.
The terminology and references used by the Office of Monitoring when
conducting the monitoring activities were clearly defined and

Q&A", to be beneficial.
My organization found the pre-recorded message from the Office of
Monitoring describing the final monitoring report and corrective action
planning to be beneficial.
If made available, my organization would participate in a webinar hosted
by the Office of Monitoring that focuses on how to develop a corrective
action plan.
