The purpose of this revision is to remove the information collection requirements that are contained in Section 47 CFR 25.110 from OMB Control No. 3060-1095 and consolidated them into collection 3060-0678. A surrender of authorization is the licensee's voluntary cancellation of a license or authorization to provide international telecommunications services, such as discontinuing the operation of a space station.
