Law and regulations require that a disability annuitant who is restored to earning capacity before reaching age 60 lose his/her annuity. RI 30-2 is used by disability annuitants under age 60 to report their earnings. This is done annually. The dates have been revised to reflect the current year. The Privacy Act Statement has been revised due to a systematic review by our Chief Privacy Officer.
