The I-Catalyst program, offered by CDC's Office of Science/Office of Technology and Innovation, is intended to help CDC programs develop ideas into solutions that address customer need and show value through a discovery, ideation, and prototyping process. Insights gathered from information collection will be gathered from informal, voluntary interviews and observations to assess how to best solve the problems of their customers rather than creating solutions that are not usable. Resulting data will be used for internal CDC decision making and to provide suggestions for improving development of public health solutions.
