These collections aim to solicit information from specific stakeholder groups that will collect qualitative outcomes intended to be utilized internally and not generalizable to broader populations. All substudies submitted under this OMB control number will include an abbreviated supporting statement part A (and Part B if necessary) and confirm that no incentives will be provided to responding participants.

I-Catalyst program is intended to help CDC employees develop ideas into solutions that address customer need and show value through a discovery, ideation, and prototyping process. Insights gathered from information collection will be gathered from informal, voluntary interviews and observations to assess how to best solve the problems of their customers rather than creating solutions that are not usable. Resulting data will be used for internal CDC decision making and to provide suggestions for improving development of public health solutions.
