Abstract: This non-substantive change request is for proposed changes to four Wave 2 survey questionnaires since the initial submission date. These changes come primarily from: 1) feedback from partner agencies regarding questionnaire content, 2) recent analyses of OHS administrative data in development of the sampling frame to support survey administration, and 3) review of the questionnaire once programmed as a web-based survey. Our request is only for changes to the questionnaires that would allow us to collect high quality data from Head Start Managers/Coordinators that can support the research objectives of the Survey of Head Start Grantees on Training and Technical Assistance (T/TA).
