The Defense Export Control and Compliance System (DECCS)
DDTC is undergoing a major IT Modernization effort to replace legacy systems with modern Cloud technologies. The new platform, the Defense Export Control and Compliance System (DECCS), provides industry access to a number of DDTC applications through a single online portal. In February 2020, DDTC will release the Registration and Licensing applications to the DECCS platform.
