The Equity Assistance Centers (EAC) Program Annual Client Survey is currently approved under the 1880-0542 Generic
Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service Delivery. Program and Grantee Support Services
would like to include two additional questions to gauge the effectiveness of the Equity Assistance Centers (EAC) program
in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic and the recent national racial justice movement. Data gathered from these two
items, which fall within the general scope of the approved survey, will help inform program services, as well as decisions
regarding the program’s structure as it approaches its next grant competition cycle.
