The Federal Communications Commission ("Commission") is requesting that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approve the revision of OMB Control No. 3060-0944 titled, "Cable Landing License Act – 47 CFR 1.767; 1.768; Executive Order 10530." This information collection is being revised to receive OMB approval for information collection requirements that were adopted in In the Matter of Reform of Rules and Policies on Foreign Carrier Entry Into the U.S. Telecommunications Market (Report and Order), FCC 14-48, released April 22, 2014.
