Abstract: There are program changes to this collection which are due to the information collection requirements adopted in FCC 17-120. These program changes are as follows: 54 to the number of respondents, 54 to the annual number of responses and 36 to the annual burden hours. There are also adjustments to the annual cost of +$5,920. These adjustments are due to increases in the filing fees for FCC Form 321.
