The information collected from our customers and stakeholders helps ensure that users have an effective, efficient, and satisfying experience with SSA's programs. This is a Non-Substantive Change Request to increase the burden information for this collection.

We are increasing the burden information to accommodate new survey which we expect to use with millions of respondents across the nation who use the in-office kiosks in our field offices for their appointments. When we last obtained OMB approval for this ICR we did not anticipate any high volume qualitative surveys; however, this new survey for respondents using in-office kiosks is high volume, and requires an increase in the burden information.
