This Information Collection Request (ICR) includes all additional Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) related information collection activities resulting from the proposed regulations clarifying diesel renewable volume obligation (RVO) calculations and proposed regulations related to pathway petition conditions; esterification pathway, distillers corn and sorghum oil pathways; and certified non-transportation 15 ppm distillate fuel ("certified NTDF"). These information collection activities include new recordkeeping and reporting requirements proposed under 40 CFR Part 80, subpart M. Please note that these estimates supplement "Recordkeeping and Reporting for the Renewable Fuel Standard Program," EPA ICR No. 2546.01, OMB Control Number 2060-NEW ("the existing RFS ICR"), which is currently under OMB review.
