Purpose	This dataset allows public health professionals and researchers on the secure portal to evaluate screening practices and monitor progress towards eliminating lead poisoning among children. Also, this dataset will be used to develop indicators (with appropriate procedures to protect confidentiality) for the national public portal. This dataset can be linked to US Census data and other data sources to identify geographic areas where children are at risk for lead poisoning.
Restrictions	This is a restricted access dataset without appropriate confidentiality measures applied.

CDC estimates the average public reporting burden for this collection of information as 80 hours per response, including the time for reviewing instructions, searching existing data/information sources, gathering and maintaining the data/information needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number.
