Abstract: This report provides data necessary to measure the scope and effect of the program for combining employment and wages covered under different States' laws of a single State and to monitor States' payment and wage transfer performance. States are required to provide this information under Section 3304(a)(9)(B), of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
