Abstract: The Federal Communications Commission's (FCC's) rules require that applicants in the Experimental Radio Services submit FCC Form 702 when the legal right to control the use and operation of a station is to be transferred as a result of a voluntary or involuntary act of the grantee of a station authorization and; FCC Form 703 should be submitted whenever the applicant proposes to change the control of a station, as by transfer of stock ownership. The Commission uses the data to determine continued eligibility for licensees. Without this information, violations of ownership regulations would occur.
