The Turnip the Beet Award recognizes
outstanding Summer Meals Program sponsors across the nation who
work hard to offer high quality meals that are appetizing,
appealing, and nutritious during the summer months. The award is
open to all sponsors in good standing. Three award levels are
available: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

This is a new information
collection to support the Turnip the Beet! Award Program. FNS
estimates that this collection will add 225 hours and 300 responses
to OMB's inventory due to a program change.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
