Short Statement: The currently approved OMB inventory is 7,800 burden hours for this collection of information. This submission requests 5,998 burden hours. The adjustment decrease of -1,802 hours is due to re-estimating the average number of annual responses received by BSEE under §§ 250.1301(a), 250.1303, and 250.1304. The currently approved OMB non-hour cost burden is $195,757. This submission requests $149,836. The net amount results in a decrease of -$45,921. This is due to re-estimating the number of annual responses received from industry for the same sections listed above.
