In accordance with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved without changes for three years. As part of the previous terms of clearance, BSEE was instructed to display the expiration date and the burden hours for this collection where it can be easily viewed by respondents (i.e., on the web portal that hosts the form(s), if applicable). These terms of clearance are still applicable.
