Information under 7 CFR Parts 54, 56,
62 and 70 are needed from shell egg, poultry and rabbit plants,
meat, QSVP, and users of the voluntary grading programs when
applying for service and benefits needed and used by the Agency to
administer and to provide the services of this voluntary
program.

The Administrative volume
charge was removed in the final rule (84 FR 49637) published on
9-23-19, so we have removed the obligation and deleted the burden.
The remainder of reduction in burden since the last submission is
due to decrease/increase in respondents. .
