The current OMB inventory for this collection includes 34,560 burden hours. In this submission, we are requesting 34,217 burden hours. This represents a program change decrease of -332 burden hours and an adjustment decrease of -11 burden hours. The program change decrease is due to changes pertaining to §§ 250.1000-1019 - general departure and alternative compliance requests are approved under 1014-0022 (subpart A) (-332 hours). The adjustment decrease is due to: (1) under § 250.1000(b) – L/T P/L applications submitted to BSEE (-21 burden hours); (2) Under § 250.1000(c)(2) – Form BSEE-0135 (+3); and (3) Under § 250.1018 – Form BSEE-0149 (+7). The current OMB inventory for non-hour costs burdens is $1,379,369. In this submission, we are requesting $1,344,916, an adjustment decrease of -$34,453. The decrease is due to hour burden changes under § 250.1000(b) – L/T P/L applications submitted to BSEE (-21 hours) and § 250.1018 – Form BSEE-0149 (+7) adjusting the amount collected through the cost recovery fees associated with those requirements.
