Abstract: The FERC Form No. 2 is a financial and operating report for natural gas rate regulation for major pipelines. "Major" is defined as companies having combined gas sold for resale and gas transported or stored for a fee that exceeds 50 million Dekatherms in each of the three previous calendar years. The Commission investigates, collects and records data and prescribes rules and regulations concerning accounts, records and memoranda as necessary to administer the Natural Gas Act (NGA).

Short Statement: There is a carry over of Annual Cost Burden from approved RM19-12 XBRL Implementation and maintenance cost that is included for Year 2 and Year 3 (Year 1 and Year 2 of the this OMB collection cycle) ending in 2022. *There are no XBRL FERC IT costs for Year 3 (2023) of the collection cycle. It will be removed on the next renewal. The increase in burden is due to normal fluctuations in industry.
