This information collection contains the requirements for the annual rockfish cooperative report quota, inter-cooperative quota transfers, and vessel check-in/check-out and termination of fishing report for the Central Gulf of Alaska Rockfish Program. The Rockfish Program is a catch share program for the rockfish fisheries and other related groundfish species conducted in Federal waters near Kodiak, Alaska, primarily by trawl vessels, and to a lesser extent by longline vessels. This request is for extension and revision of this information collection. This collection is revised due to the associated rule implemented by NMFS for Amendment 111 and a regulatory amendment to reauthorize Rockfish Program (RIN 0648-BJ73). These changes are necessary to remove unnecessary reporting requirements and to reduce the reporting burden for all directly regulated entities including small entities.
