PAPERWORK REDUCTION ACT OF 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13) STATEMENT OF PUBLIC BURDEN: This information collection is required at time of applications and serves as a blueprint for project implementation. Public reporting burden for this collection of information is estimated to average 3 hours per applicant, including the time for reviewing instructions, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and reviewing the collection of information. This is a mandatory collection of information as required by Section 803(a) of the Native American Programs Act of 1974.
