OMB approves
USDA’s emergency request not to collect data for the Agricultural
Labor Survey for October 2020 consistent with the following terms:
(1) USDA must share comments received in response to the Federal
Register Notice for comment announcing this change with their OIRA
desk officer in real time, (2) USDA must revise their schedule of
release dates to reflect the change to November’s publication
schedule on the NASS website as soon as possible, as required by
OMB’s Statistical Policy Directive No. 4. This approval only
applies to the change to collection for October 2020.
