The information is requested from
entities wishing to participate in U.S. Treasury Securities
auctions via the Treasury Automated Auction Processing System
(TAAPS).
The Bureau of the Fiscal
Service has taken over duties that were previously handled by the
Federal Reserve Bank of New York making it necessary to add an
additional form to the information collection. An increase of 8
burden hours is a program change due to agency discretion for a
total of 88 hours.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
