Abstract: The STEP has to Primary Objectives: increase the number of small businesses that are exporting increase the value of export for small businesses that are currently exporting. The STEP Client Report form collects data from state-level grant recipients on their progress in order to provide SBA with performance and will return and will inform annual reports to Congress
