We were hired by the Food and Nutrition Service at the U.S. Department of Agriculture to help conduct a study to learn about States’ current SNAP E&T case management approaches, and the types of assessments, participant reimbursements, and other supports they offer participants after referral to E&T. An important goal of the study is to help develop best practices and lessons learned to support SNAP E&T programs. For this study, we are interviewing State and local SNAP staff and providers of SNAP E&T services in four states. We are not auditors—we are trained interviewers here to learn about how you implement your SNAP E&T program.
We will summarize our findings in a report, and no comments will be linked with your name. Further, personally-identifiable information (PII) will not be used to retrieve survey records or data. The information you provide will be kept private, except as otherwise required by law and will not be maintained or disclosed in identifiable form to anyone.
