Abstract: The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB) is requesting approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to collect data needed to evaluate the effectiveness of the Enhancing Linkage of STI and HIV Surveillance Data in the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Special Projects of National Significance (SPNS) demonstration project. This data will inform how to enhance jurisdictions’ use of Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) surveillance data to improve service delivery and HIV-related health outcomes. Information gleaned from this evaluation may be used to enhance and coordinate health departments’ responses to HIV and STI epidemics and affect change in HIV care continuum outcomes.
