The goal of this generic ICR is to
conduct qualitative and quantitative data collection from adults
who help implement programs and services designed to prevent HIV,
other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), and pregnancy or
influence related risk and protective factors; data will be
collected for needs assessment and program refinement.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
