SUBJECT: Question Modification of sub-study “Demographic Information on NIH Trainees and Fellows” under “Conference, Meeting, Workshop, and Poster Session Registration Generic Clearance (OD)” (OMB#: 0925-0740 Exp., Date: 07/2022)

This is a request for OMB to approve a modification of a sub-study entitled “Demographic Information on NIH Trainees and Fellows” questionnaire previously approved under the “Conference, Meeting, Workshop, and Poster Session Registration Generic Clearance (OD)”. The original questionnaire had a question asking for respondents’ names. In efforts to increase information privacy, the question has been modified to ask for an applicant code that will be provided by the NIH training and fellowship programs that respondents are applying to.
