The increase of responses from 2,294 to 5,999 and the associated increase in estimated burden hours from 2,294 to 5,999 is an adjustment due to a correction to the previous estimate that failed to include the recordkeeping estimates disclosed in the documentation. The estimated cost to the public is also adjusted by using the hour rates for FY 2020.
