The Quality Samples Program (QSP) is funded at $2,500,000 annually to help U.S. agricultural trade organizations provide samples of their agricultural products to potential overseas customers. The QSP allows overseas importers and manufacturers to discover the quality of U.S. agricultural products and conduct test runs to assess how U.S. products can better meet their production needs, thereby stimulating interest and demand for U.S. agricultural products.
