Patent Office (EPO), the Japan Patent Office (JPO), the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO), the State
Intellectual Property Office of the People’s Republic of China (SIPO), the World Intellectual Property
Organization(WIPO), and any other foreign intellectual property office participating with the USPTO in a bilateral
or multilateral priority document exchange agreement in which a foreign application claiming priority to the instant
patent application is filed, access to: (1) the instant patent application-as-filed and its related bibliographic data,
(2) any foreign or domestic application to which priority or benefit is claimed by the instant application and its
related bibliographic data, and (3) the date of filing of this Authorization. See 37 CFR 1.14(h)(1).
By checking this box, the undersigned hereby rescinds the previous authority granted to the USPTO to

provide the EPO, JPO, KIPO, SIPO, WIPO or any other foreign intellectual property office participating with the
USPTO in a bilateral or multilateral priority document exchange agreement access to the documents and

This rescission of the previous authorization will not be effective unless and until an appropriate USPTO official
recognizes and acts on the rescission.
However, once the application has published or is otherwise publicly available, the USPTO may provide
access to the application in accordance with 37 CFR 1.14.

Privacy Act Statement
The Privacy Act of 1974 (P.L. 93-579) requires that you be given certain information in connection with your submission
of the attached form related to a patent application or patent. The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
collects this information under authority of 5 CFR 339.205. The information in this system of records is used to manage
all records of applicant including name, citizenship, residence, post office address and other information pertaining to the
applicant's activities in connection with the invention for which a patent is sought. Statements containing various kinds of
information with respect to inventors who are deceased or incapacitated, or who are unavailable or unwilling to make
application for patent. The information obtain is protected from disclosure to third parties in accordance with the Privacy
