Abstract: Executes DoD policy, which requires educational institutions wishing to participate in the DoD Tuition Assistance (TA) Program to sign an application for the DoD VolEd MOU prior to receiving funds from a service's TA program. TA DECIDE, a tool within the DoD MOU application, supports individualized searches on educational institution information, such as annual average TA costs, course completion or graduation rates, and estimated tuition and fees.
